New Year Commitments

Most people's New Year's Resolutions fall though the cracks & by the time the next year comes around, those same resolutions make it back on the list.  Sadly, I AM ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE! So this year, I will make each resolution a commitment to improve my quality of life physically and spiritually.  Each commitment will have goals and by the end of 2011, I hope to have completed or have made these habits of everyday life.


1.  Live a healthy lifestyle
     --exercise 3-5 days a week for 30 minutes each
     --eat more veggies, less fat, and limit processed foods
     --clean for 30 minutes each day.

2.  Improve mental & spiritual lifestyle
     --do a scrutatico at least once a week
     --do morning prayer on Sundays

3.  Go to Spain for World Youth Day
     --put $100 aside each month for ticket
     --fundraise at least once every month

4.  Complete Project365
     --see previous post for details

5.  Misc.
     --Be the BEST Student Teacher I can be
     --Graduate with a B.A. in Education
     --Get a Job
